From Ice Capades Program - 1958
Welcome to my blog. The purpose of this blog is to pay tribute to my father, Paul Castle Sr. known to others as Mickey Mouse (at Disneyland in California for 25 years), as the Might Mite (with Ice Capades) and other skating shows in the United States and Holiday On Ice in Europe.

My father has made so many people happy throughout his 86 years of life, it would be nice if those who may have seen him or have met him could post their experiences with him.

We are asking for prayers and well wishes as he is approaching the end of his life. If you would like to post any words of encouragement I will present them to him.

    So sorry for your familys loss. What a shame that it takes the passing of someone like your father for the rest of us to know of his contributions in life. Myself turning 50 years old this summer and growing up as a regular at Disneyland surely had many encounters with Mickey Mouse as a child and photos of me and your father. Thanks for sharteing his identity with me and all of the other Disney fans. I am still a regular at the park and an annual passholder. As often as I visit the park I still reflect back each time on what it was like when I was a child. Your father was responsible for so many of my biggest smiles. Thanks so much for sharing him with all of us and the world.
